Ok i know I'm putting a lot of stuff in towns but their the only ideas I got at the moment. Anyway when the caravan pulls into the truckstop (see I'm trying to do something different) the players head to the local watering hole, while there the largest, most capable member of the group is approached by a slim attractive woman in her 20's. On closer inspection the characters will notice a blackeye, split lip and some older bruises on her arms, the woman well beg the PC to protect her from her abusive boyfriend and take her away from there. She'll sweeten the pot with promises of carnel or cash rewards. Shortly into this intreaty the boyfriend will show up(he's med height, heavy set brawler type) and attempt to drag the women away. Now if the PC's entervine they only have to deal with him (killing at this point is frowned on as the sheriff will throw the guilty parties into jail, hope that don't disqualify you from the contest). If the PC's tke the woman away after running off the boyfriend they now have to deal with issues of will the show allow the woman to join up with the show at this time and if it's ok sooner or later the caravan will have to deal with an attack by the vengefull ex and his trucker buddies.
