Ok since this group is supposed to be composed of anyone here's an interesting idea. Mr. David Jenkins(you can change the name to suit you but bare with me) an up-and-coming exec for Biotechnia(or petrochem,ebm, whatever works for you once again) has been forced to take his mandatory vacation by a rivil so he desides to become part of the show and his supiorers agree to it(you can't beat that free advertising). Now the group has a potintialy very valuble to saveguard on their hands(the producers won't be vey happy if Mr. Jenkins gets extracted during their show). Also the Corp that Mr. Jenkins would definatly find some way to blame and take revenge opon the PC's if this were to occur. So now you have a running plot line to hit the players with every now and them, the fighting off of the extraction forces whenever they hit a big enough urban area. Also for a nice plot twist on of the edgerrunner type's in the group may have worked on a botched run for Mr. Jenkins and now we have another angle to work. If it's a PC that worked for Mr. Jenkins will they get revenge and if it's on of the NPC's well you can work in this plot angle where the individual is trying to get revenge. Have one of the PC's catch a botched attempt on the suits life and then run with what the PC's feel they should do. To make the PC's squirm even more with this plot, make Mr. Jenkins an actually nice guy and a key part of the team instead of the stereotypical spoiled, pampered corp scumbag.
