RIP John Saxon, 1935-2020
RIP John Saxon shown here in Enter the Dragon with Bruce Lee.
John Saxon had almost 200 acting credits to his name including roles in Nightmare on Elm Street, The Six Million Dollar Man and Wonder Woman.
RIP Ennio Morricone (1928-2020)
Ennio Morricone was a prolific Italian composer, with 540 credits to his name. He is best know for his iconic theme to The Good the Bad and the Ugly (1966), which helped define the spaghetti western genre. Besides his work in The Man With No Name trilogy, he also composed the score for Once Upon a Time in the West (1968), the Thing (1982), the Untouchables (1987) and more recently he composed the score for Quentin Tarantino’s, The Hateful Eight (2015). His inventive use of non traditional “instruments” (due to budget restraints) shaped the mood of the dollar trilogy, giving it the atmosphere we all know so well. He died at the age of 91 in the town in which he was born, Rome, Lazio, Italy

On Sunday March 8th, the “sophisticated villain,” Max von Sydow, passed away at the age of 90. He was known for his roles in Flash Gordon, Never Say Never Again, The Exorcist and The Seventh Seal.
Green Hornet & Kato Soda…
Funko has developed more Green Hornet & Kato collectables in their SODA line, where the figure comes in a soda can which can be used for display or storage. These figures are a limited run of 6000 with 1 in 6 being the chase figure shown in the graphic above. The Green Hornet is available in March while Kato will be available sometime in April.
