Beautiful and deadly Su-muru (played by Shirley Eaton) has plans for world conquest by killing off the male leaders of the world and replacing them with women. In order to do so, she employs the use of her army of female assassins. The only thing standing in her way are two wisecracking CIA agents; Nick West (George Nader) and Tommy Carter (Frankie Avalon).
